The Cape Horn Estates Homeowners’ Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the Bayview Community Center at 10am. A community picnic will be held after the meeting in the Community Center Gardens. The BCC has a few chairs we can use outdoors but we recommend you bring your own. Sue Lennick is chairing the picnic and will be assigning members a dish to bring to share. Be sure to let us know if you can attend the picnic or not by June 10th.

If you cannot attend the meeting be sure to assign a proxy (linked here) to ensure we meet a quorum. 

We need volunteers to run for the Board of Directors. We have two 3-year positions open. Much of the communications are done by email with 4-6 meetings scheduled during the year. Board members have dues for one lot waived each year they are on the board. Contact a board member for details or to add your name to the ballot.

If you want to bid on the fire wagon, please submit a bid via mail. The bids will be opened at the meeting. Write “Fire Wagon bid” across the back of the envelope.

Life Flight renewals are due. Be sure to return your membership form and check by July 1, 2026. Checks must be made out to Cape Horn Estates Homeowners’ Association or they will be returned.
