The Cape Horn Estates Homeowners’ Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the Bayview Community Center at 10am. A community picnic followed the meeting in the Community Center Gardens. Sue Lennick chaired the picnic.

Helen will send out minutes shortly. Joel Truax and Bruce Lennick were both elected to three year terms on the Board by acclamation, and Jeff Wilkins won the hose cart silent auction with a $300 bid. Annual membership dues remain at $500 per lot.
